I’m sick of the mindless consumption, pressure to bare your soul on a huge public platform, and general state of dissociation that social media often becomes. I want raw connection, deep support, and every woman i cross paths with to realize the incredible things she’s capable of (hint, it’s a lot).
So that’s why I created this account! I’ve spent years of research, personal practice, business building, and heavy self reflection to get to a point where I think I have a grasp on the point of life. Human connection, self expression, creation over consumption, making good food, and sharing it with the people you love. And I want to share all of those things with you! You and I are going to harness the age old and innate female gift community building, share wisdom that aligns with our seasons of life, & learn from and grow with each other. The purpose this account serves is to educate and empower any woman in any walk of life to become the person she wants to be. I won’t pretend to know it all, but that’s the point! We all know something about something, and having a community of like minded, improvement driven women sharing what they know? Oh my word, we’re going to take over the world. If you’re ready to grow and expand your mind, your business, your soul, this is a soft place to land, and a firm place to grow.

This is a rolling subscription, $29/month but with no commitments. Stay for a month, or stay a while. Cancel anytime, and come back when I open spots at the beginning of each month.
Once subscribed, you’ll be sent the name of the private Instagram account to request access to. Requests will be accepted within 24 hours. Any support questions can be submitted through the contact page on my website or directly to missbirdboy@gmail.com.
Most organic daily posts will be shared to stories and saved in easy to access highlights to come back to throughout the month or catch up on if you take a break from Instagram. Zoom calls, IG lives, and other structured goodies will be recorded and saved as well.

I have a hard time not pouring my heart and soul into everything that I do, and this account is something that I feel so passionately about that I have pulled back in a lot of other areas of my life to be able to cultivate it. As much as I’d love to have the freedom to give and give, at the end of the day there needs to be an equal exchange of energy.
Every penny spent will be returned to you in valuable lessons, collaborations, coaching, and more. But in order to protect my health and make sure I can give you the highest quality of support, I am relying on a paywall to provide me that relationship of trust with all my ladies that join. It also allows me the safety to share all of the juicy bits of my personal life that are really the backbone of my mindset & business without restraint:)
